Kasey
Initiating a career in 2009, she has developed an elevated cutting, bridal, and coloring craft behind her chair. Kasey has gained knowledge by traveling to the House of Bumble(NYC), Kristina Gasperas Academy(London), Vidal Sassoon Academy(Chicago) and other countless classes.
Outside of the salon, you will find Kasey surrounded by her husband, Bart, daughter Klein, and family and friends. Travel is essential to Kasey, you can find her in a big city, on a beach, or in nature camping. In Des Moines, she spends her time shopping/eating/drinking coffee at local businesses.
Britney was born and raised in the Roosevelt Culture District and has been with the company since inception. She has been in the industry for almost two decades and thrives off guest interaction. She is a coach and mentor to the staff and loves to share her knowledge of the business. When away from the salon, Britney loves to travel and be with family, friends and fur babies.

Nicole
dsm salon’s very own Kerastase ambassador, Nicole. She has been in the industry for over 12 years and specializes in blonding, lived in color, and of course, all things Kerastase. Nicole has really dedicated herself to her craft, and takes education classes regularly. She loves a good cup of coffee, spending time with her family, traveling (especially to Disneyland), and sharing her latest music obsessions or fashion finds!

Shelby
Shelby has been behind the chair for over six years and her passion is in wedding hair and makeup. She also loves creating personalized haircuts and building connections with her clients. After training with Bumble and Bumble backstage, Shelby enjoys bringing those advanced styling techniques to every appointment. Outside of work, she’s on a mission to visit as many national parks as possible and spending time with her cat Benni.

Our favorite Omaha transplant, Jo, comes to dsm salon with over 13 years of experience. She specializes in blonding and hair coloring. With countless hours of education under her belt, she loves to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques. You can find Jo behind her chair talking about her two precious Rottweilers, sharing stories about her amazing family, and making movie and tv show recommendations. Jo is also very passionate about being in the kitchen (and will tell you all about it) and trying to grow her record collection.

Chloe has been in the beauty industry for 3 years. She began her career at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. After moving back to Des Moines, she joined dsm salon. She has recently taken her career a step further, becoming extension certified. Chloe’s passion is lived-in color techniques. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, and her kitty Lenny. You can also find her enjoying an Aperol Spritz or sour beer on a patio, or in the yoga studio.

Delaney
Growing up in Des Moines, Delaney has always had a passion for hair. Behind the chair Delaney enjoys doing blonding services and lived in color as well as connecting with her guests. She’s always looking to expand her knowledge and learn something new. Outside of the salon, you can find her exploring nature, in the gym, or attending a concert. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and her two cats, Sylve and Maverick.
